Legally Binding Agreement

1. Player Eligibility & Age Verification
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of real-money online poker participation under the laws of your home territory. Ignition Poker reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time.
2. Account Creation & One Account Policy
Each player is strictly permitted to maintain only one (1) account across the entire Ignition Poker platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, accounts under aliases, or shared accounts across family members to abuse promotional welcome bonuses or tournament seats constitutes a severe violation. Any identified duplicate accounts will be terminated immediately, and related promotional funds may be forfeited.
3. Fair Play, Anti-Bot & Collusion Integrity
Ignition Poker utilizes cutting-edge telemetry to maintain table integrity. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will lead to account confiscation:
- Prohibited Software: Utilizing automated poker bots, external AI decision-making engines, screen-scraping scrapers, or predatory HUD software.
- Collusion & Team Play: Soft-playing with confederates, chip dumping, or sharing hole card information via private messaging apps during tournaments.
- Ghosting: Allowing another player to complete hands or final tables on your behalf.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Crypto Settlements
All deposits must originate from accounts or digital wallets legally held in your own name. Cryptocurrency transactions (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, USDT) are broadcast to public blockchains; once initiated by the player, blockchain transfer details cannot be canceled or reversed. Ignition Poker processes verified crypto cashouts within approximately 15 minutes without platform fees, but network blockchain fees are the player's responsibility.
5. Bonuses, Rollover & Ignition Miles
Promotional bonuses, including the 300% up to $3,000 welcome package, are governed by specific playthrough requirements detailed in each promotion. Poker bonuses unlock gradually as real cash based on Ignition Miles earned via card rake ($1 for every 30 Miles). Attempting to cash out deposit funds prior to satisfying basic requirements may result in the deduction of unvested bonus balances.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are interpreted under international e-gaming commercial arbitration rules. In the event of table disconnects or network disruptions, pot determinations will be executed in accordance with established server hand logs, whose mathematical records remain definitive.
